3rd Annual Sacred Music Symposium • Register now!

Sacred Music is vitally important in the heart of our Catholic Liturgy. It is rooted deeply in our traditions and a vital part of our mission in promoting the Latin Mass. We are proud to endorse the 2018 Sacred Musical Symposium, sponsored by FSSP-LA and Corpus Christi Watershed.

Each year, we our honored to have a variety of talent individuals share their experience and expertise in the fields of chant of polyphony, as well as tips and advice on how to conduct and administrate a choir. If you are interested in improving your skills in the arts of Sacred Music, we highly recommend this once a year Symposium. Space is extremely limited, so it is important to register early, before the March 31st. Deadline.

To receive your application, kindly email dom.mocquereau@gmail.com before the deadline. Thanks to a generous grant, the conference fee is just $85.00—in addition to the mandatory application fee. Purchasing the meal plan ($145) is recommended, so that you can enjoy a week of catered meals. During the same week, at the same location, the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter will be conducting an Altar Server training camp and private instruction for priests. (Information on these will be released soon.) For more information, visit the official site at http://www.ccwatershed.org/symposium/

Zachary King – Monday Conference at San Felipe Chapel

Posted by Fr. Fryar:

This is very last minute, but an FSSP parishioner from Florida is visiting Los Angeles and has agreed to stay two extra days so that he can give a conference on Monday Night, at San Felipe at the usual time, after the 7pm Mass. Mr King is a convert – he was High Wizard of the Church of Satan. About as deep into Satanism as you can go, or as high up, however you want to look at it. He will give the story of his conversion, and will be able to take any questions and answers that you may have. He also gave a talk at the parish in New Jersey when I was there, and I have to express that his conversion story is phenomenal, and I have not heard anyone more capable of answering any questions on the topic of Satanism that you may have. This is an exciting opportunity. If you are able to make it, it will definitely be worth it.

If you would like to find out more about him, this is his website: http://www.allsaintsministry.org
