A note about Ascension Thursday: In the Archdioceses of Los Angeles and most dioceses throughout the United States, Ascension Thursday has been transferred to the following Sunday. As a consequence, Catholics are no longer obliged to attend Mass that day. Although it is no longer a Holy Day of Obligation, everyone is nevertheless encouraged to attend for reasons of Spiritual Benefit and support of the Traditional Communities surrounding the Los Angeles area.

As one priest said, “This is a Holy Day of Opportunity.”

Holy Hour in response to Harvard Satanic Mass

On Monday, May 12th, the eve before the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima, Harvard University will be hosting a Satanic Mass. Although we are at the opposite side of the country, we can still pray and make reparation for this atrocity. The satanic mass is set to begin at 8pm EST, but let us commit to going to adoration and making reparation for the outrages our Lord will endure because of this satanic mass. Go to adoration any time during the 12th, but especially during the 8-9:30pm EST, whatever time that is in your time zone. Pray especially through the intercession of our Lady of Fatima! Please invite others to do so as well and email Drew Faust the president of Harvard directly at president@harvard.edu

The Archdiocese of Boston has made this statement “For the good of the Catholic faithful and all people, the Church provides clear teaching concerning Satanic worship. This activity separates people from God and the human community, it is contrary to charity and goodness, and it places participants dangerously close to destructive works of evil.”

A trip to the Blessed Sacrament at one of the many adoration chapels would be ideal to pray for those who are at risk losing their souls. Here are some of the known locations throughout the Diocese.
